CAUSE: The optional ECC board is used only when the machine is connected to an external controller (Pi5500). If the ECC board is not installed, the ECC

check will indicate "No Good" and C-11A0.

SOLUTION: If an ECC board is installed, this code indicates a problem with it and it should be replaced; if no ECC board is installed, the code can be

disregarded.

If no ECC board is installed the ECC firmware (IC5W) displayed in Tech Rep Mode will be blank.

4. The part number for the staple case is 4014-1157-01. (It can be found in the parts manual for the finisher.) This part is reused and should not be discarded.
